  1. 香港申訴專員公署35周年慶祝大會（「活動」）費用全免，受邀方可參加。請於 香港時間2024年11月17日23:59（標準時間+8）或之前 於網上完成登記。每名參加者只須登記一次。
    Hong Kong Ombudsman 35 th Anniversary Reception (“Event”) is free of charge and attendance is by invitation only. Registration should be made online on or before 17 November 2024 at Hong Kong Time 23:59 (GMT +8) . Each attendee should only register once.
    國際申訴專員高峰論壇及香港申訴專員公署35周年慶祝大會（「活動」）費用全免，受邀方可參加。請於 香港時間2024年11月17日23:59（標準時間+8）或之前 於網上完成登記。每名參加者只須登記一次。
    The International Ombudsman Summit 2024 and Hong Kong Ombudsman 35 th Anniversary Reception (“Event”) is free of charge and attendance is by invitation only. Registration should be made online on or before 17 November 2024 at Hong Kong Time 23:59 (GMT +8) . Each attendee should only register once.
  2. 登記確定後，系統會發出確認電郵予參加者。申訴專員公署（「公署」）擁有最終登記確認權。
    A confirmation email will be sent to attendee once the registration is confirmed. Final confirmation of registration is at the discretion of the Office of The Ombudsman (“Office”).
  3. 所有參加者須自行安排交通。
    All attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.

  4. 所有參加者請留意於活動開始前或舉行期間發出八號（或以上）颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告訊號時的相應應變措施。相關公布將上載至活動網頁，請參閱 www.ios2024.ombudsman.hk 以知悉最新安排。

    公署不應被視為須對因惡劣天氣導致參加者蒙受任何損失或損毀，或所招致的費用負責。
    All attendees are requested to note the respective contingency measures in the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued during or before the commencement of the Event. Announcements will be made through the Event website. Please visit www.ios2024.ombudsman.hk for the latest arrangements.

    This Office shall not be deemed liable for any loss, damages or costs incurred by the attendees owing to inclement weather.
  5. 所有已提交的個人及其他資料僅用於與活動有關的登記、通訊及相關項目的目的；並只有公署及獲授權服務提供者才能取得。公署會將一切資料保密。詳情請參閱 私隱政策聲明 。
    All personal and other data submitted will be used solely for purposes of registration, communications and related activities of the Event. All data will be kept confidential and accessible only by this Office and the authorised service providers. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy .
  6. 公署保留隨時更改活動地點、日期、項目安排及演講者而不預先通知。活動或會因公署不能控制的情況取消或延期。在此情況下，參加者不得向公署、其代理人或代表索償。
    This Office reserves the right at any time to change the venue, date, programme and speakers of the Event without prior notice. The Event may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of this Office. In such cases, the attendees shall have no claim against this Office or its agents or representatives for any loss or damages.
  7. 公署不會為參加者於活動期間蒙受的個人損傷或財物損失負責。
    This Office will not be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property experienced during the Event.
  8. 所有活動資料，包括演講簡報、文件及錄音或錄像的知識產權均屬公署及 ╱ 或演講者所有，未取得明確准許前嚴禁進行未經授權分發或複製。
    All event materials, including presentation, documents and recordings are the intellectual property of this Office and/or the speakers. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction without explicit permission is prohibited.
  9. 參加者參與活動，即表示明白及同意活動或會被拍攝及錄影。公署保留權利把就活動取得的任何照片、錄像、錄音及以其他形式媒體收集儲存的資料用於公署的宣傳資料、刊物及其他通訊資料而不預先通知。該等照片、錄像及媒體資源可於全球各地在網上閱覽，而部分國家的法例所提供的資料保障也許跟歐盟或香港的不同。
    By participating in the Event, attendees acknowledge and agree that the Event may be photographed and filmed. This Office reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, audios, and other forms of media captured during the Event in promotional materials, publications and other communication materials of this Office without further notification. These photos, videos and media resources might be viewed online worldwide and some countries may not provide the same data protection as the European Union or Hong Kong laws.
  10. 如活動項目引起任何爭議，公署的決定為最終和有約束力的決定。
    Regarding any disputes arising from the activities at the Event, the decision of this Office shall be final and binding.
